The Order Cancellation Policy

It is required to request the cancelation of your order within 48 hours. To cancel your order, you must confirm through Email, Whatsapp/Live Chat/Call Support within 24 hours after receiving the order confirmation email. If we receive your cancellation request after 24 hours, there will be a direct deduct of 35% from the amount you paid to us. If you request to cancel the order after 48 hours, then we are liable to deduct 50% of the total amount you paid to us.

The customers are obliged to Email, SMS/Voicemail and Whatsapp/Live Chat, our customer support representative, for requesting Cancellation of his/her order.

If your order’s Cancellation is made after 24 hours of the placement of an order, there will be a subtraction of 35% from the amount paid.

There will be a subtraction of 50% from the amount paid if the Cancellation order is requested after 48 hours of the placement of an order.

Customers are required to cancel their orders within three (3) calendar days after order confirmation. Furthermore, no cancellation will be entertained if the order is dispatched, but you will still be eligible for 7 calendar days easy return policy. You need to send the unpacked product back to us and get your complete amount refund.

When you place the order, you will have to provide us your accredited bank details via Email, SMS/Voicemail and Whatsapp/Live Chat and It may take 3 to 8 business days for your refund to be issued and your account accredited.
